. a new weapon called ADS proposed by U.S. military
. weapon uses microwave energy to super-heat target
. heat disperses crowds / threats non-lethally
. sounds like a great idea

we live in interesting times .

unfortunately we humans can’t seem to develop this kinda stuff independently of a lust for our own blood .

i mean, what other reasons would there be for it ?

i can think of a few but none would have the financial backing DARPA have
